Terms of Service

FlowEdit provides AI-assisted tools for creating, editing, and transforming product and ecommerce imagery.

FlowEdit may be accessed through multiple interfaces, including the web application and Chrome extension. Features may differ between interfaces.

Features may include:

• image editing
• image generation from uploaded references
• creative presets
• generation history
• image downloads
• account credits
• subscription features

FlowEdit may change, add, remove, or modify features over time.

We do not guarantee that every feature will always remain available or unchanged.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use FlowEdit.

If you use FlowEdit on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of FlowEdit complies with applicable laws and regulations.

You may need a FlowEdit account to use certain features.

Where supported, the web application and Chrome extension use the same FlowEdit account. Your account plan, credits, subscription status, and generation records may be shared across those interfaces.

You are responsible for:

• providing accurate account information
• maintaining control of your account
• keeping your authentication credentials secure
• activity that occurs through your account

You must not:

• share credentials in a way that creates unauthorized access
• impersonate another person
• create accounts for fraudulent or abusive purposes
• attempt to bypass FlowEdit usage limits or account restrictions

FlowEdit may require email verification or authentication through supported providers such as Google.

You may be required to verify your email address before accessing generation features or free credits.

Authentication services may be provided through third-party providers such as Supabase and Google.

Their services are subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

FlowEdit may provide a limited number of free credits to eligible new users.

The current introductory allocation may include 10 one-time free image credits.

Free credits:

• are intended for product evaluation
• have no cash value
• cannot be transferred
• may not be resold
• may be limited to one allocation per eligible user
• may be subject to email verification or other anti-abuse measures

FlowEdit may change or discontinue free-credit offers at any time.

We may restrict or revoke free credits where we reasonably believe they are being abused.

FlowEdit may offer paid subscription plans.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, subscriptions and credits are associated with your FlowEdit account rather than a specific interface. Eligible benefits may be available through both the web application and Chrome extension when you use the same account; this does not guarantee identical features in both.

The current Pro plan may be offered at $19.99 USD per month with 500 image credits per billing cycle.

The exact pricing, credit allowance, and included features shown on the pricing page and at checkout at the time of purchase will control.

Prices may change in the future.

If pricing changes for an existing subscription, we will provide notice where required by law.

FlowEdit uses credits to measure image-generation and image-editing usage.

Unless otherwise stated, 1 credit = 1 image generation or image edit.

Credits:

• are not money
• cannot be redeemed for cash
• cannot be transferred between accounts
• cannot be resold
• may expire or reset according to the applicable plan

For monthly subscriptions, unused monthly credits do not roll over unless FlowEdit explicitly states otherwise.

At the beginning of a new billing cycle, the applicable monthly credit allocation may reset.

FlowEdit may introduce different credit costs for future features where generation costs differ significantly, such as video generation or premium models.

Any such costs will be shown before use.

Payments are processed by Stripe.

FlowEdit does not directly store your full payment-card information.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Stripe and FlowEdit to charge the applicable subscription fee according to the billing schedule shown at checkout.

You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.

Paid subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next renewal date.

Your payment method may be charged automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle.

You may manage or cancel your subscription through the billing-management functionality provided by FlowEdit and Stripe.

Cancellation stops future renewals but does not necessarily provide a refund for amounts already paid.

You may cancel your FlowEdit subscription at any time through the available billing-management functionality.

Unless otherwise required by law:

• cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period
• your Pro plan remains active until that period ends, but new image generation and editing require available credits; if credits run out sooner, you can still access your account and Results
• unused credits generally do not have cash value
• canceling does not automatically entitle you to a refund

Except where required by applicable law, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started.

We will review reasonable billing disputes individually.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.

If a subscription payment fails, FlowEdit may:

• retry payment
• restrict paid features
• suspend access to subscription credits
• downgrade the account after an applicable grace period

Access may be restored after payment is successfully completed.

The exact payment-retry and grace-period behavior may depend on Stripe configuration.

FlowEdit uses third-party AI infrastructure to provide image-generation and image-editing services.

AI-generated results may:

• contain inaccuracies
• fail to follow instructions perfectly
• alter product details
• contain visual defects
• resemble existing styles or common visual patterns
• require human review before commercial use

You are responsible for reviewing generated content before using it.

FlowEdit does not guarantee that AI-generated content will:

• be error-free
• preserve every product detail perfectly
• be suitable for a specific commercial purpose
• be unique
• be legally protectable
• avoid resemblance to third-party content

You retain responsibility for content you upload through the web application or select and submit through the Chrome extension.

By uploading content, you represent that you have the necessary rights or permissions to use that content with FlowEdit.

You must not upload content that:

• infringes intellectual-property rights
• violates privacy or publicity rights
• is unlawful
• contains malicious code
• is intended to facilitate abuse or fraud
• violates applicable policies or laws

You grant FlowEdit and its service providers the limited rights necessary to:

• receive
• store
• process
• transmit
• transform
• return

your content solely as necessary to provide and operate the service.

Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, FlowEdit does not claim ownership over the images you generate through the service.

You are responsible for determining whether generated content is appropriate for your intended use.

AI-generated content may not always qualify for intellectual-property protection in every jurisdiction.

FlowEdit does not provide legal advice regarding copyright, trademark, design rights, advertising law, or other intellectual-property matters.

FlowEdit is designed for commercial creative workflows, including ecommerce product imagery and marketing content.

You may use generated content commercially where permitted by:

• applicable law
• these Terms
• the rights in your uploaded content
• applicable third-party AI-provider terms

You remain responsible for ensuring that your commercial use does not infringe the rights of others.

You must not use FlowEdit to:

• violate applicable law
• infringe intellectual-property rights
• impersonate or deceive others unlawfully
• generate fraudulent commercial material
• distribute malware
• interfere with FlowEdit infrastructure
• reverse engineer or exploit the service beyond what applicable law permits
• bypass credit limits, rate limits, authentication, or billing controls
• abuse free-credit programs
• resell account access without permission
• automate abusive or excessive requests
• attempt unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or data

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

FlowEdit depends on third-party infrastructure and AI providers.

Interfaces may have different capabilities, availability, or release schedules. A feature available in the web application may not be available in the Chrome extension, and vice versa.

The service may occasionally be:

• unavailable
• delayed
• interrupted
• rate limited
• degraded
• affected by third-party outages

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

We may perform maintenance or make changes to the service without prior notice where reasonably necessary.

FlowEdit uses third-party services including providers for:

• authentication
• database and storage
• backend hosting
• billing
• AI processing
• infrastructure
• advertising measurement

These providers may include:

• Supabase
• Railway
• Stripe
• fal.ai
• Google
• Cloudflare

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

FlowEdit is not responsible for third-party service availability or independent actions outside our reasonable control.

Your use of FlowEdit is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how FlowEdit processes:

• account information
• uploaded images
• prompts
• generated content
• billing information
• technical information
• advertising measurement data

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary if:

• you violate these Terms
• payment remains unpaid
• your activity presents a security risk
• your account is involved in fraud or abuse
• your use threatens FlowEdit or other users
• we are legally required to do so

Where reasonable, we may provide notice before termination.

We may immediately restrict access in urgent security, fraud, or legal situations.

FlowEdit does not currently provide automated self-service account deletion.

Deletion requests are currently handled manually.

Handling may include:

• subscription cancellation or management
• deletion of stored images
• deletion of generation records
• deletion of account records
• provider-side deletion requests where applicable

Some information may be retained where required for:

• legal compliance
• tax and accounting obligations
• fraud prevention
• dispute resolution
• enforcement of these Terms

We may modify FlowEdit over time.

This may include changes to:

• available AI models
• features
• presets
• credit costs
• usage limits
• storage
• subscription plans
• pricing

Material changes affecting paid subscriptions will be communicated where required by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we update them, we will revise the "Last updated" date.

If changes are material, we may provide additional notice where required by law.

Continued use of FlowEdit after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, FlowEdit is provided "as is" and "as available".

We do not guarantee:

• uninterrupted availability
• perfect image-generation accuracy
• preservation of all product details
• specific commercial outcomes
• increased sales or advertising performance
• uniqueness of generated images
• suitability for a particular purpose

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZeroStone Digital will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of FlowEdit.

This may include losses relating to:

• lost profits
• lost business opportunities
• advertising performance
• lost data
• third-party claims
• AI-generated inaccuracies
• service interruption

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, liability will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims arising from:

• content you upload
• your use of generated content
• your violation of these Terms
• your violation of third-party rights
• unlawful use of FlowEdit

This section does not apply where prohibited by applicable consumer law.

If you are a consumer, you may have mandatory rights under the laws of your country.

These Terms do not remove or limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and mandatory consumer-protection law, the mandatory law controls.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules require otherwise.

If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area or another jurisdiction with mandatory local consumer protections, you may retain rights under the laws applicable to you.

We will attempt to resolve reasonable disputes informally.

Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from using legally available dispute-resolution mechanisms or bringing a claim before a competent court.

The FlowEdit Chrome extension lets you access supported features from Chrome. You are responsible for reviewing the browser permissions presented when installing or using it and for having the rights to submit any image selected from a webpage.

You must not use the extension to access content without authorization, bypass website access controls, process content in violation of law, interfere with websites or browsers, or automate abusive activity.

The extension depends on browser APIs and third-party website behavior. We do not guarantee compatibility with every browser version, website, extension combination, or operating environment. It may be updated automatically through the Chrome Web Store or browser update mechanisms; updates may change features, permissions, compatibility, or its interface.

We may discontinue support for the extension or particular extension features where reasonably necessary. This does not by itself terminate your underlying FlowEdit account or subscription unless separately stated. Chrome Web Store distribution is also subject to Google's applicable terms and policies; Google does not endorse FlowEdit.
